Our journey together has been one of constant innovation and adaptation. In keeping with this spirit, I want to share some important updates about Canix’s path forward, specifically regarding our mobile app support transitioning in 2024.

Embracing Change for a Brighter Future

Beginning in January 2024, Canix will strategically shift its focus. We will transition away from supporting our mobile app and instead concentrate on enhancing our web application capabilities. This decision, made after careful consideration, stems from our commitment to providing a more robust, integrated, and versatile platform.

Our Vision for an Enhanced Experience

The Canix mobile app has traditionally been a major feature of our offerings. However, in an industry as rapidly evolving as ours, it is crucial to stay ahead of technological advancements and industry standards. By redirecting our resources towards the web application, we are excited to deliver a superior and more comprehensive experience for our users.

What This Transition Means for You

  1. Non-Native Tablet Support: We know utilizing Canix on various devices is an important part of our customer’s workflow. We will continue to support web-based access on devices including tablets and iPads.
  2. Enhanced Web App Integration: We're integrating numerous features, like our scan-to-tables, from the mobile app into our web application, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous improvement in functionality.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Recognizing the importance of mobile capabilities, we're collaborating with top-tier vendors like Outlaw, StashStock, and WayFast. These partnerships will provide you with superior mobile solutions, including discounts and free hardware offers.

We understand that change, while necessary, can be daunting. To help you adapt smoothly, we are offering:

  • Personalized Support through CSMs: Our Customer Success Managers are preparing to offer tailored guidance and support to help you navigate this change.
